Customer Service Agreement
This agreement helps us provide friendly, dependable support while setting clear expectations.
Customer Information
Customer name, date, address, phone, and email will be collected at the time of service.
1. Services
JUST CALL ME may provide e-commerce ordering assistance for grocery delivery, pet-supply subscriptions, personal items, clothing, medical supplies not covered by insurance, and other mutually agreed everyday support. We may also help set up prescription delivery with the customer's pharmacy. The specific service, timing, purchase limits, and any required customer approvals will be confirmed before each request.
2. Payment and Purchases
Payment for goods, store charges, delivery costs, and other approved expenses is due when the order is placed. JUST CALL ME service fees are separate from all commercial merchant charges and will be agreed before service begins. The customer is responsible for all approved purchases and expenses. Receipts will be provided when available.
3. Prepaid Concierge Subscriptions
JUST CALL ME, LLC offers a limited number of prepaid three-month subscriptions for concierge services. This service fee is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Change orders must be canceled at least seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery. If work has already started or expenses have been incurred, the customer remains responsible for agreed service time and approved costs.
5. Safety and Liability
JUST CALL ME does not fill, handle, dispense, or make decisions about prescriptions. JUST CALL ME is not a medical, emergency, transportation, or home-health provider. Call 911 for emergencies. We will use reasonable care, but are not responsible for product defects, store availability, delays outside our control, or indirect losses. The customer will provide accurate instructions and promptly review delivered items.
6. Agreement
By signing below, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms. The customer understands that JUST CALL ME, LLC is a luxury concierge service, is not affiliated with any charity or low-cost provider, and that service fees paid to JCM are required up front and separate from merchant fees. Either party may end this agreement at any time; amounts already owed remain due.
